I work with people of all fitness, skill, and ability levels!
I work with individuals looking to improve their physical & mental health through boxing. I accomplish this through fun/effective drills, proper technique, and boxing-specific strength & conditioning exercises in a positive and challenging environment!
An exception: I do not prepare boxers for competition. I can aid with conditioning and help sharpen your skills. But, if you’re looking for a coach to prep you for fights, that is not me.
That said…this is not sloppy, arms flailing, tripping over your own feet-type boxing training. J.A.B. will teach you how to punch and move the correct way, so that you can develop boxing skills, stay injury-free, and maximize the efficiency of each and every workout! 💪
